Whale Skeleton BM07
This is a sculpture that is made mostly of dumpster -dived,free and recycled materials. I used 35 5 gal. plastic buckets, iron pipe , a water tank, cardboard tubes, plywood, wire mesh and paint. It measures 37 ft long by 12 ft tall by 10 ft wide. It took most of a year to create, 4 days to set up on site(BM,so extreme sun/wind/altitude/fun)with a crew of 5 persons. This last time, only 2 days ,1 person,me. Really a fun project, lots of meaning to many people who saw it and interacted with it.
